I would say you are right on the money there, where on earth did that hand come from???? The dial is a disaster. Seller does declare refinished dial and replacement hands. BUT they are not replacement hands, they are fake.....

I love it! looking through the cyclops is like looking a at fun house mirror. The 5 is so distorted.

a wreck that has been totally rebuilt

WOW!!!

1. serial number from 1957, 1958 (wonder if the 3 is a worn down 8)
2. a PCG w/ the serial number???
3. rotor from a late fifty's rolex
4. the movement is post 65 (1570)
5. the serial number on the movement is from a 1570 no-date
where is the "D" at???
6. case back and serial number are WAY-OFF
7. and of course the dial, hands, and bezel insert (noted in description)
