The model number and serial check out OK.
It also compares well with this one http://www.interwatches.com/rolex-daytona-6238-p23040 except of course for the band and end pieces. My big problem is the total lack of any visible feedback, suspected stolen pictures but none found, that purple background is very distinctive.......
