Does this Tudor Sub look legit

I bought this Tudor recently and now I am getting a little bit nervous about it. The guy said that he received it as a gift in the early 80's but he kept it in his safe. He has the paper work from Rolex NY where he had it serviced in March. New crown tube and o rings and light polish. The lume patina looks almost too perfect. And the pointed crown guards have me a little worried. My other 76100 with lollipop hands and silver date wheel has the engravings on the flat part of the caseback instead of the beveled outer edge. THANKS for any help.

Here is another shot of the band. have you ever seen a serial number etched into the clasp like this? I thought that was kind of strange. (top of clasp in picture)

I'm not an expert but the watch looks OK to me EXCEPT I'd be concerned about the off-centre caseback engraving.

I am going to carry it in Monday and have the caseback removed to see what is inside. I had noticed the off center engravings also. Another thing is the engraved crown on back does not look right. But I have seen a few others on the internet with the same crown shape.

That's a RSC marking, they do that so they know which bracelet goes to which watch
