Understanding service engravings

Is there a standard format to service engravings on the inside of the caseback? Is there a way to distinguish if the engravings were service by Rolex or a third party?

Everyone who is a watchmaker who joins the American Watch and Clock Institute is given a code for life which Identifies him or her Mine is 10^RD the little mark in the middle is the sign for Delta which isn't on my computer. Typically I put my code and the date then what I did coa t/c/cry/ax/2g's/mnsp. Which means Clean oil adjust tube and crown Crystal axle and 2 gears mainspring all this in an area less than a 1/4 of an inch with a 10 power eye loop. Every watchmaker uses their own system but are similar. Rik
