Windows XP instructions:

1. Right-click the desktop, select properties
2. Select the Desktop tab
3. Select the Customize Desktop button
4. Select the Web tab
5. Click the New button
6. In the location field enter this URL: http://www.colemanitis.com/clock_gmt.html
7. Click OK (you'll need to click OK on all open windows)

That's it. You can move the window around, resize it, close it, etc..
