Looks good to me...what's the matter with it?

I'm not a Rolex expert but this copy is ridiculous. My brother would be able to tell it's a fake (and a bad one for that matter).

Look at the way the crown shoulders pertrude beyond the crown itself...that's a dead giveaway.

Along with about another 10,000 things wrong with it too.
