Rolex Day Date Watch Dial

Hello everyone, been a member of this forum for over a year , and have enjoyed reading through the posts. Im looking for a bit of advice on Selling/Price/Dial Damage and Replacement . I am thinking of selling my rolex shortly and i am wondering if i would get a better price if i were to replace the dial which has slight damage to it. Not sure what has caused the damage or what the damage(scratch or cracking) is . The picture makes the dial look worse than it actually is (under certain light you have to really look close to notice). Also if anyone can guide me in the right direction of a good watch buyer based in the uk i would be most grateful.

regards Paul
