1665 SD Question
Hi, I have a chance to acquire this 1665 6.7mil serial SD. Just wanted to check if there are any other issues I should be aware of. The watch comes with service papers. Unfortunately, the insert and hands have been changed during the service. I plan to get matching hands and insert to go with the watch. Hope to get some inputs. Thanks in advance

Inserts are easy to find...Matching hands are a bit harder....Otherwise it looks fine.
Good luck... |

Thanks for your inputs. I'm aware of the issues with the insert and hands. @Buddy Orchi- what made you think the dial was a service replacement?

Hi Orchi, what exactly should I be looking for in a 1665 service replacement dial? Have seen other 1665 dials with almost identical fonts etc. Will try to get a better close up picture soonest. Thanks again

would be "labeled" or "criticized" in TRF...n VRF... by certain forum Buddies(dealers predorminantly)...as being "bad for the hobby..." Perhaps soon Orchi may end up... ahem...being banned or something nasty like that... |

Nice watch. The "f" is over the "e" so it is a service dial.
