It is a rubber strap. The LE Blacksteel Seawolf only comes on rubber. However I'm toying with the idead of getting a bracelet and having it DLC'ed

I've being toying with the idea of picking up the equivilent Bentley LE Blacksteel, but don't want to tamper with the 18k funds..
