Excited new member Derby England.
Hi everyone.
This is my second post after asking advice about a Rolex seller who I will now deal with having had some glowing reports. I'm in derby in the UK and have owned a black faced Rolex Tudor for about 20 years. I now have a little cash and the extra confidence to go further and I can see that I'm really going to enjoy the help and advice of the massive collective experience of the forum. Not sure where is the best place to post my request but any help would be very much appreciated. I have a vintage Rolex submariner on its way to me and am shaking like a puppy with excitement. My queries go as follows:- The pearl/dot on the bezel is missing. I'd love to get this sorted out so is there a good place for this to be sourced in the UK and how much might it cost? Alternatively, would it be recommended that I replace the whole bezel? Next question is where I might be able to service the watch and again what is a likely cost and time for this? I'd prefer not to be separated from my watch for months on end as soon as I get it in my hands so sending it off to the Rolex factory would probably not be a good idea. Looking forward to gathering lots of info about my new hobby. Good luck to all the other newbies and thanks in advance for the help and invaluable advise which I'm sure will be forthcoming. |

Welcome to TRF.
You'll tend to get more responses to your questions about a vintage submariner in the vintage portion of the Rolex forum. Congrats on your new watch.
