1675 Enroute...

I got home today to participate in four wonderful events. My wife had returned from out of town. Yippee...makes for a great weekend.

Our middle daughter was here visiting with our number three (yes we number them) grandchild.

There was a brown box in my office from the San Francisco RSC.

What could be in this?

Using my Benchmade knife, I opened the package.

My grandson was surprised when I opened the box!

OH No Grandpa, that's the one I wanted.

Seeing if it fits.

Enjoy,

Dan,
I found that in San Francisco in August while on vacation and paid $3200. I dropped it off at the RSC in San Francisco for a full servicing. $800 later I received it in the mail yesterday. It is vintage 1968.

The pics are my first attempt but I hope to get better to show the beauty of the watch.

Thanks Bryan. Well worth it. Looks brand new. You'll get many, many years out of it and the price will only go up!

Nice! My first Rolex was a GMT Master identical to yours, except for the Oyster bracelet. I found it in a pawn shop outside of Ft. Bragg and paid $700 + tax. That was in 1983.

I congratulate you on your latest addition, wid a loud an' thund'rous "EH-BONE!", as they say at lovely Fote Bennin', Jo-ja..., y'all... (but, then, I see you already know that...).
