Gift to my Wife on our 10th Anniversary...
I gifted a Rolex Datejust for my wife with diamonds in the dial on our 10th Anniversary a few days ago.

She is very pleased with it. I wanted to buy her a new one but she would not let me spend much money on a bnib. So I bought this from Brussels...

I think that's your wife was happy.
I gifted to my wife a 178271 with mop dial+diamonds( when I understand how insert pictures from iPhone I'll attach them to show it LOOOOL )

Congratulations on your 10th! That is the exact piece I gave my wife right before our wedding in 1998. She only takes it off for service and to clean it. Enjoy it for years to come!
