Icon20 My 116710 (GMT II)

Apologies everyone for taking so long with the pictures, but I can assure you all that I now have images to share with you all.

One thing I must say, the ceramic bezel is very reflective, it was incredibly difficult to take an 'artistic' picture without the ghostly image of my hand and camera.

This is such a beautiful watch, I just find myself staring at it in awe sometimes.

Enjoy!

Well its funny you say that, because when I bought mine I saw the daytona there (they have SS daytonas in stock) and it didn't have the same presence as this watch. I think that the dial is a little small for the magnanimous of the watch itself. Strange I know but the GMT has a better feeling when you look at it IMHO.

Great pics In the first one, you can see the difference between the AR coated cyclops and the rest of the crystal

You know the presence of this watch is so great for a timepiece that is quite small in the cabnet, I believe the daytona has a more subtle presence.

Anyone agree?

Sweet....

I think it has much more presence than the Daytona.... Daytonas are nice, but from a distance they look like any number of other watches... The GMT is quite distinctive..

agreed, IMHO most of the sport line-up looks more distinctive than the daytona. The daytona is a nice watch but it doesn't leave me the wow feeling when I had an SS on at a used watch dealer. Maybe an 18k daytona would feel different.

I am glad there are a couple who agree, but don't get me wrong, I am not disrespecting the Daytona :)
