5127R vs 5396R

which one of those two do you find more elegant? I know they are in different class but both have Calatrava design in them and have similar dials and hands. Which would you choose?

I chose the 5127J and I love it more and more everyday. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The only wrong choice is not buying one of the two. Enjoy your little dilemma. I wish I were in your shoes, looking forward to buying a new Patek Philippe.

I like the 5127. It looks a bit more modern. I also prefer white gold for my dress watch!

I think both look amazing but if I had the choice I'd certainly go for the 5396, it might not look as much as a classic dress watch like the 5127 but I find it very dressy myself and can't help but love its complications (besides, I think it might be more versatile than the 5127)!

You also have to love its two different dials!
