Just concluded an international purchase from with Dan.
Encountered some issue with USPS' slow online updating, our super-slow local postal service and the dreaded Customs.

But through out all these delays, practically everyday, Dan has been keeping me updated and providing constant reassurance via SMS, calls, emails. He even reminded me several times to collect my item the the customs.

He value added to the point where he checked with my LOCAL service provider the exact situation and gave me our local number to call to resolve the issue. Wow.

You can't ask for a better, more responsible seller!
My sincerest thanks to him and I KNOW I will be doing more business with him in the future.
