Doubts on a bracelet

I was cleaning a couple of watches today and Ifelt something "odd" when handling a bracelet. I look closely and I cannot see anything strange, but I thought it would be a good idea to command the help of my colleagues at TRF. Do you see anything odd?

To tell you the truth, it is more of a "gut" feeling than a real thing. The weight, the sound of one link against another and then, the fact of the lasp code inscribed so light.

OK. I appreciate your effort. It does look to me too, but I had this funny feeling I din dot have with the others. True that this is the only one I have with SEL. Maybe the strange sould comes from that fact...

I can't see anything wrong with it as long the clasp belongs to a bracelet with SEL .

Can you also take a picture of the other side of the clasp showing the crown?

I also can not make out the reference numbers on the SEL.

Um... A few links seems to have almost melted? Or is it just the camera? Looks as if torque would have been applied to some of the "connections".

The "melting" look is there. It seems to come from friction with the clasp, but it is one of the things that didnīt make me very happy.

Looks good!

It is odd how those links have worn down, though. I guess that is where the clasp is touching onto the links.

How many links does your bracelet have?

There are 5 on the 6 side and 6 (and 1/2) on the 12 side.

Maybe that link (removable) came from another bracelet.

That was my thought initially or even wondered if that particular link is aftermarket.

It does not look aftermarket (the screw seems OK). Maybe an old bracelet.

In any case, one link will not bother me that much.

Thanks to all of you. The more pairs of eyes, the better.
