when buying a used rolex what should be included
Hi guys I am looking to buy a used rolex but what should be included besides the actual watch like some say no papers would you avoid those? What are the papers that are important when purchasing, I read the warranty card, is there anything else, I'm guessing the box doesn't really matter? I want to ensure I have all the stuff that does matter.
Thanks again this forum has helped so much! |

Whilst the papers etc are nice I'm not overly fussed so long as the watch is straight

Ok so if you don't have the papers its fine, I just wanted to make sure that I could still put the watch under my name so when I service it ect there won't be any issues. Just read a few threads where well one in particular where someone sent their watch in and didn't get it back because rolex said it was stolen?
When you buy a rolex I guess you have to transfer it to your name? I thought you just buy it and wear it lol but after reading seems a bit more then that ? Thanks again |

Three things to remember...
1. You're buying a watch, not boxes, etc... 2. Buy the Seller First. 3. If it's a "keeper" nevermind the paper/plastic; if you want to flip then complete sets sell quicker.
