Is it weird to.....
....post another guys watch here?
I am new to the forum, learning a lot, and think I just fell in love with this one I would love to learn more about this model and configuration...so far a lot of what I have been absorbing is on sub mariners |

Posting another man's watch...OK. Wife...not OK.
As for the watch. All I can say is it's a 36mm Datejust with stick hour markers, a fluted (maybe machined?) bezel, jubilee bracelet, lug holes, and possibly an acrylic crystal. I couldn't begin to give a reference number but my gut feeling is it's 20-30 years old. Perhaps someone more knowledgable of DJ can chime in? |

It is a gorgeous watch. I am also learning as much as possible from TRF but I would like to know how you knew it was 20-30 year old. Was it the stick hour markers?
Thanks and I hope to find my first Rolex soon. |

Turns out I was off by about 10-20 years. But, yes, it was a the hour markers and crystal that made me think it was from the the late 70s/early 80s.
