Sorry to hear about your burglary.

Hope you had them all scheduled on your home insurance policy.

Start to monitor eBay and also setup some google alerts to notify you automatically for any searches that match the criteria.

I am very sorry to hear this. There are some scumbags in this world, that's for sure. I hope you can get your collection back. Maybe you should go to any local pawn shops and give them the details of your watches plus any pictures you may have in case anyone tries to sell them.

Really sorry to hear this. This kind of thing really p*sses me off, even when it happens to somebody I don't know.

Good luck with everything.

Pisses me off that people who don't have the decency to earn things in life will steal from those who do!

There is a special place in HELL for trash like that who steal a man's Rolex!

Sorry to hear!! There are a lot of bad people out there and for this reason I don't keep any of my valuables at home--all in bank safety deposit box in vault! Only one on the wrist as it is better in the bank safe than sorry. I hope you recover your valuables and also hope you had insurance at the very least! Best wishes....Cheers,

Keep an eye on Craigslist as well. You may want to check with local pawn shops as some of these idiots will try to get rid of them quickly.

All the best to you and hope they are caught.

Except the OQ I have all the Serial #'s, OQ was a very peculiar watch with champaign rare dial with total of 3 lines. There is a cut mark on the first south link.

Keep checking ebay, craigslist, and pawn shops but the odds of recovery are not good.

One thing that I did was to create a web site with the domain name of the watch serial number. That way should anyone search the SN, it is the first site to display on a search engine. The site has a picture of the watch, some information about the theft, the police report number and their phone number. It's a long shot but at least I felt like I was doing something.

Good luck.

So Sorry, Arsen. I agree with others especially checking with the local pawn shops, Craigslist and Ebay. I can totally relate. I had a similar break-in years ago and my prized Leica camera collection was swiped. I then purchased a 1000 pound 'professional' cash safe, once used at a restaurant and now store my watch collection in it. I bought the safe from a safe/locksmith store. The safe HAS TO BE HEAVY ENOUGH that two or three people can't lift it out of your home. The problem with small safe's is that scumbags will carry them out of your home and have all the time in the world to crack them. If anyone reading this has a small safe, get rid of it! Buy a safe from a reputable locksmith and not the junk you see at Home Depot, Office Max, etc. Minumun weight should be around 1000 Lbs. If anyone has safe questions, let me know! Good luck Arsen.
