Rolex Datejust

I had just purchased Rolex Datejust from ebay and paid $3300 USD. The vendor says that the watch is modified and has added 18K Gold and Diamonds on Bezel. There is no serial number behind the bezel. The ebay listing says that the serial number is 619XXX0. Can someone tell me if this is normal and is watch authentic.? The ebay listing is http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...3160#cvip_desc

Just reading the ad, there isn't much that is "authentic" except perhaps the case and the movement..

rolex always use IIII on the dial, it balances the dial better

as for the watch, as tools says, nothing is original except the case and movement and then you don't even have a full original case, as the bezel is aftermarket. The dial is custom or fake you choose the term, the band is only gold filled are you aware not solid gold and aftermarket, i would not have bought this watch.

Thanks all for your feedback. Do you think, I will have problems with resale in the future?

I still have 10 days to return the item if I am not satisfied.
