Help me evaluate this Rolex on Ebay

Hello-

I am contemplating my first rolex purchase and I was wondering if some of the experts could help my evaluate one I found on ebay. I am looking for a pre-owned ladies president in yellow gold with MOP dial and diamond markers with the newer heavy bracelet. They cost of the order of $25K new at a discount dealer like Jomashop but I'm hoping to do a lot better since I've heard solid gold watches are heavily discounted off retail in the used market.

What do you think of this watch I found on Ebay? It has all the elements I want. I have emailed the seller and he has been responsive. I would prefer a certified pre-owned reseller with a good reputation but I have had a hard time finding exactly what I wanted from these sellers so I peeked on Ebay and found this one.

Do you think the price is reasonable? Is this watch common enough that I should wait for someone to post one here or on a reputable certified used website? I intend to get the watch authenticated as soon as I receive it and return it within the 14 day return window if it is not as described.

The bracelet looks like it needs a polish and it probably needs servicing but I could get those things done if the price is good.

Would love to hear any/all opinions.

That's a little too much for a watch like that
