Submariner case thickness: 1680 vs 16800

I would like to compare the total thickness of the 1680 vs. the 16800
I'd like someone who owns or has access to a 1680 to please measure the total case thickness (from case back to the top surface of the top hat crystal) and share that here please.
I'm interested to know if the newer 16800 uses a thicker case back which would contribute to the greater depth rating.

Here is my 16800 in mm's and inches....

12.8mm = 0.50" for the 16800
1680?

ah, very good...thanks for posting.
So the case thickness IS narrower for the 1680....I suspected that...even with that super thick crystal.
good stuff...
