Redone dial and replacement hands.
I don't think the seller is trying to screw up people.
I just think he doesn't know much about vintage Rolex watches

The statement of "100% All original 1966 Rolex. never polished, all original hands, dial, hands, bracelet."...is not good

This is definitely not a "100%" original watch. I would not be so forgiving of the seller at the price listed in the "buy it now". He may in fact know exactly what he has.

Exactly. Pretty bold statement in trying to sell a watch for $13,500 USD if he isn't absolutely sure. We're not talking about a $50 dollar Timex here.

I agree clearly some non original 1966 parts on the watch.
