My Oyster Prep Datejust - Some questions

Well after posting to find out it was real, I was told it is. My pops had this, then passed it on to me. Excuse the condition he wore it everyday.

Found the receipt for it which states the model as 16013 and a serial too.

On the bracelet it says brevete g.f?

All the ones I have seen have rolex stamped on to them.

I was told by someone on here that the inner clasp was different to the one it should have.

It also seems to have a tick for each second but it's rather fast and the hand doesn't seem smooth, little tick but smooth if you can seem to understand what I mean?

After googling I found that brevete gay ferars made some bracelets for Rolex.

My pops did tell me he bought it like this back in 1978 or around that time.

I'm just trying to find out what year it was and if the bracelet on it is special as I've read online.
