A very weird question to everyone

had nothing to do and just popped on my head, since the ceramic is like becoming the new "norm" for Rolex Sport Watch models, would you think it would make its way to the DAYTONA too? its kinda odd if they'll do that

I honestly don't think so. It would be difficult to see the tachymeter engraved bezel. Or maybe...

I don't think so. I think Rolex let Daytona and Explorer II with the steel bezels.

some things need to be left untouched...the ss daytona is one of them imho.

I believe some of the classic vintage Daytonas had a black bezel insert. It would be interesting to see a return to the black bezel via the new ceramic as an homage to the classic Daytona.

Exactly my thoughts...

Here's a pic of my grail Rolex Daytona, the ref. 6263:

Imho, it would be too cool if Rolex relaunched this Daytona with the same type of silver dial and bold subdial style and a ceramic bezel insert.

I would be all over it!
