Rolex Model 870

Afternoon all,

i have been given this watch by my father, its a Rolex Model 870

can anyone tell me a bit more about the watch and how much are they worth ?

On the back of the watch it reads 70455 , 870 , on the crown it reads Rolex Patent.

I've just had it fully serviced at my local watch shop.
