Nice package, unfortunately missing papers. Lugs could be better.
Hands and dial are a good combo.

That dial is stunning!

Lower crown guard in last photo looks a bit overpolished to me, but could just be the angle. It looks better in out of focus 3rd to last. Otherwise it's a very clean looking 16800! Also, you've got a 14 day return window, which I've used on Ebay before with no issues except paying the return shipping.

What's to lose? Also, gotta love the "make offer" button to get a better price. It's hard to believe how many sellers don't use it and the watches just sit for months. Personally I'd take 5-10% less to have the cash somewhere else making 5-10% indefinitely.

Hmm, nevermind on my return comment...they selected the 14 day return button but state 24 hours.

Due to the high value and nature of the items we sell, returns are ONLY accepted if it is not as described. Returns has to be made within 24hrs after receiving the item. Please contact us first in order to receive return authorization and instructions

I prefer them to say "returns accepted for any reason within 3 days of receipt" or something like that, but what can you do?

If it was an '82 I would have bought it already. The only '82 I found was on here and it's $7800.

Agreed on the return policy. Caught that as well. I like the dial for sure and thought the same thing about the polishing. Could be the pictures? I have pictures of the movement and serial numbers and they look good.

The return policy is irrelevant. I have returned more then a few items on ebay to sellers that stated a "no return policy" Buyer protection allows you to return a item if you are not happy with it.
