Is it safe:)?

On a serious note, if that is an MRI wouldn't the magnetic field magnetize the watch?

It's a scout image from a CT scanner, not an MRI. There is ionizing radiation but no magnetic fields involved. The guy is probably a radiologist and is not gonna risk his six figure investment!
