Not sure, but I think this is a fake 16710
The Swiss -T<25 is all cluttered with the 6 o'clock marker. I also think that the rest of the hour markets are too close to the minute markers on the dial.

This could be a bigger issue. This is an actual brick and mortar store here in the Dallas area. He blankets CL with ads and his prices are sometimes very low on a fairly large inventory of Rolex's. I think I might need to take a drive over there and get a first hand look at what this guy is up to.
