Icon20 Help for Authentication of a Daytona 1992

hello all , first time here , glad to meet you all
after 15 years that i have on my possesion a Broken watch
its time to share some photos to help me to find out if it's authentic
this watch was my brother's that passed away, never asked about this
and was broken on car accident that he had...the sad is that has the time
of car crush...
anyway... i am thinking to fix this just for the memory of him
could you help me?
