fake watches shops

I'm here in Bali on holiday and I see a number of shops selling all sort of fake watches. What I find weird is that the business looks completely legit. Nothing hidden. How's that possible?

In Hong Kong it's all sort of hidden but here is on an all new level.

Bali might have different copyright and property laws to Europe and the US.

Do not post subjects or show pictures of anything fake in the Rolex watch only forum thank you.
