Tudor Black Bay Blue bought today

Very excited to have bought a Tudor Black Bay Blue 79220B today, bought with some money left to me from my Dad when he passed last year.

He loved watches especially in his later years, and this watch will hold special memories for me, and will be passed on to my son at a later date.

The Tudor joins the SubC and Omega Seamaster I bought last year, and they will each get equal wrist time.

Anyway, I hope u like the photos,

John.

Congrats on the incoming and am sorry to hear about your loss. I am sure your Dad would have loved to see this on your wrist. When you Son gets it later, he can have something to remember his Dad and Grand Dad with.

Thank you.

All 3 of my watches will be passed on to my Son. He is not a huge watch fan yet, he is only 19 at the moment, but he did try my SubC on when I got it and he said he really liked it.

Thank you. Yes, he would have loved to have seen this one.

He did get the opportunity to see me wear the SubC, but he had passed already by the time I got the Seamaster.

I would like to think he looking down this evening and smiling.

I hope so.

I had an interesting discussion at the AD today about whether I had thought about keeping the Rolex or Omega in storage 'as-new' condition to pass on at a later date.

My view is that watches are made to be used & worn and that my son would rather inherit watches that his dad (me) had actually worn & loved

Really nice trio. Glad you can look down at your wrist and be reminded of your loved ones, and one day in the far far future, your child will as well.

Looked at the Blue and the Red. Also like the new Black but couldn't see that today. Tried the Red and Blue one and the Blue felt right. Thanks.

Thank you very much,

I have one of his watches, a daily wearer of no value other than sentimental. However it means everything to me,
