Always with : Passport, wallet, ipad, phone, watch ( Rolex or Panerai), headphones, aspirine, protein in powder or bar, spare pair of socks, small format book (in case ipad is dead and can't use kindle app), universal adapter for electric sockets, spare charging cable.
Rest of items depends of the trip , wherever business or holidays.
In 2016 I did 80 flights as passenger onboard of several airlines across Asia and I found all of above items most useful.
Cheers.
