"This is difficult to find..."??...Stan/Springer/Terry/Steve please come in...
Err buddies...eBay Seller - Shpoog may be right...BUT Orchi fails to see what he has dug up instead...that could be worth almost USD10K...!
Again just ONE picture being posted...! "This is the difficult to find brand new Rolex DeepSea Sea-Dweller ("M" serial Model 116660). This watch is brand new in the box with all papers and the protective plastic stickers intact, inner and outer boxes, warranty card, all booklets, EVERYTHING. This is a complete and brand new watch and has never been worn!" http://cgi.ebay.com/Rolex-Deep-Sea-S...d=p3286.c0.m14 |

It sure is hard to tell sometimes with these one picture sales. In my old age it is harder to see things anyway.
This auction ended as he states the item is no longer available for sale. Maybe he had a friend buy it or sold it in another venue. Terry Newton

Orchi,
Quite hard to tell from that far away, but I will say this, since I have purchased a few new ones lately. The box, outer box with fold down flap, insulation, and other documentation looks good. I know that it really is meaningless but thought I would tell you what I can see. Matt

Looks good to me, 63 feedbacks @ 100% is a good record.
The sales price was around or a little above RRP which tends to make sense in the current market, so no eyebrows raised there. I really can't see the problem.

I bought one three weeks ago, and it looks like mine, down to the same foam and oversized box. He's asking about $1,000 more than retail. Watch looks good to go.

Err...thanks buddies...for your better assessment...
It would be of the Seller's greater advantage n chances to hit better result...when he can present the watch as clearly as possible to the potential bidders...with as many sharp pictures n as detailed descriptions of the watch... |
