Is there a possibility, all be it slight, that we can disconnect watches from guns? No offence, but why is it necessary to use (yet another) firearm in a thread?

This has nothing do to with the fact that I (yes, I speak for myself) like or don't like guns. Or that it might be considered a 'touchy' subject. I just don't understand why someone would use a gun in his first post. Please explain before I point out TRF rule #6.

Sometimes it is what you DO NOT say, that makes the best impression.

I'm with the Dutch git...although I am enjoying this new method of subtefuge of getting guns into the threads without the thread actually being about it!!!!

You are correct - sometime it's what you do say that sets a bad example.

amen to that my friend. No guns or knieves for me. When I see some I just skip the topic,I really find it of a bad taste,no matter how stunning the watches are.

I have read and abided by the rules, and will continue to do so, but it seems to me that #6 is already covered by #2.

Alcohol doesn't kill people - people drinking alcohol do.

Alcohol doesn't kill people accidentally.

Typical mob behavior. Flash your hardware, let everyone know that you're Italian, intimidate the crowds, and use poor grammar, not mention the profane manners.

Frans I agree 100% with you, but this isn't the first time a gun has been used in a thread. Why now, it should have been dealt with much earlier when it was used in previous threads.

BTW nice collection of watches.

Jim I would like to apologise for calling you a miserable, American brown nosing old git. Clearly what I meant to say is that you are a generous and fun loving gentleman who sees the best in others.
Now can you point that thing towards NZ. Thank you
