Does this 16600 look genuine?

This is a M-Serial SD. Seller also has a Rolex service certificate with matching serial number. Let me know what you guys think :)

From what I can tell from the picture it looks legit.

I understand ;) Make him remove the bracelet and check the ref number and model against the one written on the Rolex certificate.

I checked the ref number on the case and it checks out. Have yet to ask to see the model number. Thanks.
