Advice on explorer ii

Hello
I'm a new member , and i want to buy an explorer ii , i have found one in ly town but the seller says that the watch has been polished , and has a dust specs on the dial
What do you think

Some people are turned off if to been polished.I don't think it's a big deal unless it's been done many times .I can't really see the specs in the picture.Does it have box and papers?Whats the date,what's the price?

Genuine for sure, BUT "dust specs" on the dial???? That concerns me, what on the movement??
