A Custom Submariner 114060 for the Weekend Warrior

Those mourning Bamford's exit from the custom aftermarket game can now opt for this tactical-inspired Rolex Submariner. It is supposedly designed, tested and worn by members the UK Special Forces. No wonder taxes are so high in GB.

All that's missing is your very own surplus tank.

That's not that bad.

Not for me, but I've seen far worse custom jobs.

The knee jerk reactions to any modifications are always entertaining.

It’s changing the hands that spoils it for me, otherwise not too bad.

Yep. And it appears they don't include the original parts. And rubber bezel insert?

At that price, could have bought two 114060 new or more used.

Well, people have been doing exactly this kind of modifications with Seiko divers for many years, and the same can be done to an SKX007 or the like for a few hundred bucks...no more than $500 tops, anyways....Which begs the question....What are they charging the extra TEN GRAND premium over the cost of the watch + the mods for?
