New hands for sure no? I did not read the description where it was being sold.
Good catch!

Gee, the guy has his phone number in his auctions?
I have read all of the post pertaining to ibsober and I see the guy does not have much of a chance on here. If your all "trying to help people" then why didn't some of you call the guy (his phone number is listed in all his auctions) and offer some information about the watch in question. I know if I sent a watch to Rolex and they serviced it and said they replaced parts with original Rolex parts then I would think it was original too! Not all "collectors" know everything about what they collect. Maybe they learn along the way.
I happen to know a few who buy with one id and sell with another on ebay but ibsober does all his dealings with one id. Heck the guy even sends his business card to anyone who buys from him. Yes I know Craig and am not putting him on a pedestal by now means but wow some of you people are acting like he is a common thief. Which he is not! Maybe instead of casting stones we should look into a mirror at ourselfs and ask "could I make a mistake?" I collect guitars as well but I don't know everything about them. I take pride in helping my fellow man, not try and destroy his business. |
