If it is used (P series) and won as payment with no box and papers then why...

Does it have stickers on it?
Does it have the rolex green pillow?

Scammer.

I'm going to email him and tell him if he doesn't take my pic's off his auction then I will report him to ebay.

Looks fishy because he doesn't post pic's of the actual watch for sale. I would run far, far away from this one!

Here's what I told the seller in an email:

"I'm only going to say this ONE TIME!!

TAKE MY PIC'S OFF OF THIS AUCTION OR I WILL REPORT YOU TO EBAY!!!!

WHY DO YOU STEAL MY PIC'S?? WHY NOT POST PIC'S OF THE ACTUAL WATCH??

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!"

It could be a hijacked account. There has been no activity for over 90 days and, then he puts a watch up for sale, where he does not have any of his own pictures? He also claims there is absolutely no reserve and will accept anything over $1.00 though later is asking for the closest to $6,500.

I decided not to wait:

Listing Violations > Copying of your listing > Someone copied text or pictures from another Web site or eBay user

Item Numbers(s):
250342276080

Message: This seller stole pics from me and posted them in his auction. I want the pic's removed please!!

Hope this works!

Thank you for giving us the heads up!

Its like anti-terrorist ads you see on the subways and buses here in NYC - "If you see something, say something".

Here is the reply I got: (edited due to foul language)

I have been warned? Kiss my a$$, jerk.

Actually, I Google Image searched the pics because I simply couldn't
get photos that clear of my watch. I listed it the other day with pics
of the actual genuine watch and some jerk complained about the fuzzy
pics and reported it as a "possible" trademark violation, so I found
some better pics to relist it with. They were on some forum online.
The only damn difference between the watch in "your" pics and mine is
the serial number.

BTW, thanks for being an a$$hole about it!

F**k you and have a Merry Xmas!

Jon

What a nice guy.

Felly, sorry to hear about your experience, but this is just another example of why it is a total waste of time contacting these ebay sellers when the item is questionable, fake, altered or not as represented. They always insult you, or are in denial and refuse to do anything. I discussed this in a couple of threads last week here in the watchout section. This is another example to the newbies here on what to expect from most of these type of listings. Read...not all, but most.
