Hi im currently thinking about buying a watch from them online (GA to Toronto).
My main concern is that the watch i am buying needs a factory diamond dial and factory diamond bezel.
The Rolex paper that they sent to me does not authenticate the pieces but they assure me its all factory.
I asked them to send it to Rolex to get the pieces authenticated and i will pay for the cost but they declined and said i can do it myself when i purchase the watch.

The only thing is, Capetown's return policy is only for 5 days. Rolex takes 7 days MINIMUM to authenticate a watch where i am.

Are they trustworthy?

Capetown is a legitimate business and while perhaps you will find some reviews that aren't 100% on their side of handling things business wise, the question of them selling authentic items is not a question whatsoever. You should definitely feel safe in that regard.

Are you taking your import fees into account on this purchase too? Can you not find said watch cheaper in Canada?

Capetown is 1000% trustworthy. Jonathan is one of the best guys in the business.

So far i haven't been able to find the specific watch im looking for in Canada for a reasonable price. Maybe i just havent looked enough. I have accounted for shipping fees.

Not shipping fees, import taxes. This is in addition to shipping. Making sure you’re aware. Could be as high as around 20% depending on your province.

Yes exactly. What you think is a $10,000 purchase could be a $12,000 purchase. That’s why I was suggesting buying Canadian domestic. Definitely look into the rates for your province!
