This is the reply this joker sent to me this afternoon....

I am sorry that you do not know much about Rolex to understand a fake from the real thing. I bought this Rolex 2 years ago off Ebay from a Rolex dealer. They still sell on Ebay and nobody complained about it then. This is authentic Rolex Tudor. It does have an aftermarket dial that was added when I bought it. Just because it has an aftermarket part, does not mean that it is a fake. But you being an expert on Rolex should know about aftermarket parts anyway. Sorry that you are confused, but it is the REAL THING!

I guess since he bought it on Ebay it makes ok.

Stan, that guy could place a dial on it that contained all the words to the Star Spangled Banner if he chooses to do so. What he can't do though, is place a Rolex dial on it and try to pass it off as a Rolex. In the biz, we call that fraud - i.e. he has intent, which is one of the elements of fraud, since he admits that it is a Rolex dial.

This is another example of why these posers need to removed from auctions as soon as they are identified by ebay. The guy thought he bought a Rolex, and now that it's too late to do anything after finding out it's a Tudor, he attempts to cut his losses and pass it on to another unsuspecting buyer.
