Just a dirty one. Because it is fluted or notched I can't wipe it with a cloth so it doesn't stay as shiny. It isn't filthy, just regular oil buildup from wearing it everyday. I was scared to put a toothbrush to it, and wasn't sure on the soap type. Doesn't handsoap have conditioners in it so your hand doesn't dry out?

Just give it a wash when you have a shower,or like JJ said you will not harm your watch. And I can assure you that a little
bit of any soap, that you use on yourself, cannot harm your S.steel watch.

All correct for cleaning a dirty fluted bezel (or any Rolex, for that matter). I use a soft toothbrush, but I use a mild dishwashing liquid soap instead of hand soap. Some hand soaps do leave a residue.
Other than that, wash away! JJ says his watches do a backflip into the tub, they love it so much!

Just do what I've advised above. Keep aside an ordinary SOFT toothbrush, dab it into a bar of ordinary soap and use ordinary running water. Rinse thoroughly and PRESTO....that WG bezel will be shining like new!
