I've just sent two private messages and they are not showing up in my sent items folder. Is anyone else having this issue?

It's a setting to store sent PMs. It's not set by default.

Look thru the options in user cp.

On your pm page left side menu find "Settings & Options".

Scroll down to "Edit Options"

Select the box to save a copy sent pm's.
