Hello from NC
I know the 1503 has a rough dial. It runs like a champ though! Can someone point me in the direction of a nice aftermarket dial company?

Welcome.
Why would you put an aftermarket dial on a perfectly good watch?

The dial is the weak point. It seems to be delaminating

Welcome. No need to go aftermarket when there are many 36 mm OEM dials in the market. Do a Google search and check out eBay for reference. Should be easy. Remember you may also need new hands for the watch depending on what dial you select.

Unfortunately it’s a 34 mm. But I did find someone in Oregon that will do a mother of pearl finish and add diamonds to this peeling dial. Since it’s already been polished quite a bit, I have no qualms about feminizing this one
