New teaser Tudor...

Anybody a clue what this could mean? Maybe a detachable bracelet for the Submariner?

perhaps a rubber strap? I think that is where the clasp meets the strap to be honest....

Or it could simply be a link. if it is a link definitely riveted.

More like an early rivet bracelet with straight endlink. Pre fitted end link style.

I do think the 7923 is the inspiration for the new Tudor diver (along with non-snowflake hands).....but i will certainly be buying with a strap if they use the 7923 style like you show

That could well be it! And personally I really like the straight ends style bracelet. Here’s hoping!!

Maybe some kind of quick change system like a Panerai?

That wouldn’t be funny. The Panerai push button strap pin release is known to fail and Panerai can’t fix them. Only solution is a new case at $3500 thank you very much.

Could also be where case meets strap and indeed a quick release.

If this is another historical nod to the Tudor models of old (printed dial and definite sub like bezel) then it makes absolutely no sense from either a design or especially a cost perspective to introduce a complex modern quick release system in to a vintage style watch. If it was a Pelagos upgrade then I could see it maybe.

the word audacity leads me to believe that it will be a quick release. audacity means willingness to take bold risks.

My biggest wish would be to be able to use my Pelagos on a rubber strap with the original clasp. I do not know if this could be it...

I am a big fan of a Rose Logo Dial and straight end links. I actually bought a Ranger to cannibalize the Bracelet to put on my Black Bay.

So if it is a 7923 style on a straight end link I guess I will need a new watch.

Why? Their version of the Glidelock is so great. Actually, I hope Rolex replaces the easy-link with a smaller Glidelock at least on the GMT and Explorer.

Because they don’t use it on anything except the Pelagos. A simple expansion like an easy link would be more discreet and would look great on the Heritage models.
