I’m in Paris working for a couple of weeks. I’ll be back and forwards between Paris and Zurich/Zug a couple of times on the TGV.

Has anybody ‘done’ Baselworld through public admission? €45 I think. If you’re a dealer or a journo for the New York Times that’s one thing but as a paid visitor is it worth putting aside a day to look at watches in locked glass cabinets?

Some are speculating that this may be the last one given IWC etc have pulled the plug.
