Is your DJ41 SuperLuminova or Chromalight?

Is your DJ41 SuperLuminova or Chromalight?

Interestingly, my 2019 DJ41 is SuperLuminova.

What’s yours? Please state with the year purchased if possible, and/or if it has the new Coronet on the dial at 6 o’clock.

Interested to know what’s out there.

Interesting. Mine is ChromaLight.

Got my blue dial - shortly after the Basel release in ‘17

It is interesting isn’t it?

My lume is green and lasts all the way past 5.30am in the morning so it works extremely well. No complaints there.

Coronet at 6 o’clock means it’s a recent model.

Or maybe I’m color blind.

I will be ordering a DJ41 soon and hopefully it will have green lume and the coronet at 6 o'clock. The AD said it would take about two months so it had better be the most current model!

Rolex website specifically describes the DJ41 as featuring chromalight (blue). I've had Rolexes with green and blue lume and personally prefer the blue. Regardless, enjoy your new DJ. It's a great watch.

I guess blue will be okay. More importantly, I want the coronet at 6 o'clock!

Strangely, I've noticed the Rolex website will sometimes have the previous configuration in the pictures. For example, I have two OP 36mm - one silver dial and one blue dial. Both are 3-6-9 dials with "thick" hands but the website shows the blue dial with "thin" hands (the older style). Maybe they're slow to update the website?

2019. And whatever it is it’s ‘super-insufficient’.
