That deal makes no sense to me. Could you tell us why you’re considering it?

Would not do it if even they were giving you money in the trade. No way.

NOS and complete 16710 that's nice? I might possibly do that deal...but it depends on the 16710 set we're talking about (year/make, completeness of set). can always buy another BLNR on jubilee as that's just released.

If the 16710 is truly NOS and complete set ................... ABSOLUTELY ! BLNR’s are fad watches, the 16710 is a classic that will continue to be desirable for many years.

Let’s do the math!
BLNR sells now for around $14k + 2500= 16,5k (roughly) A NOS 16710 goes way more than that! So money wise makes sense The important question is which watch do you like more??

Your BLNR is far more rare than his 16710. They made hundreds of thousands of those. People paying insane money for them are who PT Barnum was talking about.

What’s your source that there are more 16710 made than the BLNR?

I wouldn't do the deal if you were planning on wearing the watch as it will no longer be NOS once you do.

I wouldn’t do it, I would trade the BLNR for a lightly used Coke or Pepsi no cash, or get cash in return. No need for BNIB if you are ever going to wear it IMO.

The BLNR is now discontinued as well. Don't let that be your deciding factor. If you love the watch more, do a straight trade or trade for a used one and get some cash. NOS is only good if you're going to flip or if you want to put your own beauty marks on it. Hope that helps.

I would ask why you want a 16710. If it’s just because it’s NOS then no. Me, I wouldn’t do it.
