Bell & Ross new line similar to Nautilus

Bell & Ross just released their new line BR 05 similar to the Patek Nautilus & not sure what to make of it.

That was probably the pitch. Imagine pointing to a Venn diagram on a powerpoint. Both Apple Watch and Naut are very popular. Nobody has been able to combine both until now!
